FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS
We provide fast and reliable delivery across India at a flat shipping charge of ₹50 on all orders, regardless of value. This transparent policy ensures affordable nationwide delivery with no hidden costs.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
The Destination Country that the consumer chooses at checkout determines the shipping rate. If the order value exceeds $100, there are no delivery fees.
Free shipping is available for order amount Rs. 1000 or above, we charge Rs.150 as a flat delivery charge.
We do not offer COD service to International orders
Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included in the listed prices.
Please Note : HillCloud Kedar Tea is dependent on 3rd party service providers for logistics. All communication in relation to the delivery of the orders is basis the SLA provided by our service providers.
ORDER TRACKING
The complete shipping details of the order, along with the tracking number of the courier service will be sent to you via email or SMS, when the order is shipped. You can also track the order status on HillCloud Kedar Tea  website (www.hillcloudkedartea.com)
ARRIVAL OF ORDER
Orders are shipped out as soon as possible, and you should get them in 3–5 working days. But for logistics, HillCloud Kedar Tea is reliant on outside service providers. Every correspondence regarding order fulfillment is based on the SLA that our service providers have given us.
With the exception of Sundays and public holidays, we are open from Monday through Saturday. All orders will be delivered as soon as possible to the delivery address you provided when completing the transaction.
