IN CASE OF DEFECTED OR DAMAGED ORDERS

You may apply for return or exchange of your order in case the received product is defective, different or damaged. You must raise this issue by writing to us at hillcloudkedartea@gmail.com along with required proof within 48 hours of the receipt of the order. Please share good quality images of the received order as a proof.

Kindly ensure the product/order is new, unused and unopened.

IN CASE OF PRODUCT RELATED ISSUES

In case product quality related issue like taste different or any related concern, customers are requested to raise request at hillcloudkedartea@gmail.com within 7 working days of the receipt of the product along with product details

Please note, all returns or exchanges must be included in original packaging and accompanied by a copy of the order invoice or receipt. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.

In case of refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Order cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours after the order is placed. Within 24 hours of placing the order, you must send us a formal email with the order number. However, after a purchase has been processed, cancellations are not permitted. The client acknowledges that the business’s choice to approve or reject the cancellation request is final. Send us an email at hillcloudkedartea@gmail.com with the specifics of your order, and we’ll quickly cancel it.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

SHIPPING

When returning an item, you will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping yourself. The cost of shipping is not refundable. The cost of return postage will be subtracted from your refund if you are eligible for one.

We ask that you ship returns via a trackable method, as we cannot be held accountable for things that are returned but are not received back at our warehouse.

Please contact hillcloudkedartea@gmail.com with the return package tracking number. Packages supplied without authority won’t be accepted, and shipments that are received without authorization will be denied or returned. The number of days it can take for your swapped merchandise to arrive at your residence is dependent on your location.

PRODUCT DAMAGED CONDITION/ PAST ITS EXPIRY DATE

It is very unlikely that you will receive a product beyond its expiration date or in a damaged condition. In such a case, we will accept the return of such products and would ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost if available or refund your money for the same if the same product is not available. Please make sure that the original product and receipt is saved in order to make such returns.
